About Me
Welcome! I'm Angela, a counselor who works with children, youth, and families. I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where you can truly feel seen and valued. I provide counselling support that focuses on developing a trusting relationship, and honours both where you have come from, and where you want to go.
When not at work, I can be found making memories with my kids, involved in fitness, and baking delicious treats. I love the arts, the outdoors, and laughter.

My Approach
In life, we often develop challenging patterns as a response to stress, but I believe in the inherent wisdom of our bodies. We are naturally driven to seek safety, worthiness, and connection, though sometimes our approaches may not serve us well in the long term. With increased awareness, skills, and support, we can shift our responses to stress, break old patterns, and live with greater ease and joy. My focus is on helping you uncover the strengths you already have and on fostering a growth mindset—embracing past decisions as learning opportunities rather than sources of shame—as we work toward new goals. With support, you can shift your emotions, sensations, thoughts, and behaviors to build greater resilience, empowering yourself to respond to life’s challenges in ways that truly serve you.
I believe in the power or play, art, and somatic interventions, to invite awareness, practice, and then integration, of new ways of knowing and being. As needed, let's shift dynamics, both internally, and with the people in your lives.
